What is Gratitude?
Gratitude moves people to experience more positive emotions, to thoroughly enjoy the good experiences, better their health, face adversity, and develop and maintain relationships of strength, which in turn makes you happier.
What is Groove?
“Groove” in music is the essential rhythmic feeling or mood that is conveyed through the musician’s relationship and interpretation of the time signature, pulse and tempo of the music.

- Goal - Define "Gratitude" - (noun) - the state of being grateful -- thankfulness, appreciation -- "Let me express my sincere gratitude for all your help."
- Goal - Define "Groove" - (noun) - a fixed routine -- an enjoyable or exciting experience -- a pronounced enjoyable rhythm -- a musical time feel -- top of your form -- in the zone -- in the flow "When Michael Jordan plays basketball, folks say he is really in his groove." -- "Everyone who heard that musician play, agreed he really played a nice groove."
- Action - Before you start to play trumpet - be grateful - Every day and every time you pick up your trumpet, before you play, say at least one thing you are grateful for.
- Action - When you finish playing trumpet - be grateful - Every day and every time you are finished playing, say at least one thing you are grateful for.
